Examples: Enter "John Smith" with the quote marks and search results will show all pages with John Smith.  Enter John and Smith with no quote marks and search results will show all pages with John and all pages with Smith.  To search for Johns and not get results for John, on search results page click on "advanced search" then set "word stemming" to "none" (Johns stems from John)
